Thomas P. Conaty IV

Wilmington native Tom Conaty graduated from Salesianum High School. He attended Oxford University in England and graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in English. He graduated from Catholic University Law School in 1992. He has previously been an attorney for the Zeneca Corporation; and served as a law clerk in The Superior Court of the State of Delaware for Judge Haile Alford. Tom has served as a commissioner on the Delaware Harness Racing Commission. He is also an executive committee member of the Saint Patrick’s Society, a charitable organization that supports the Saint Patrick’s Senior Center on Wilmington’s east side.

Tom maintains an active membership in the real estate section of the Delaware Bar Association. He was appointed to the Delaware Bar Association Professional Guidance Committee, which helps lawyers with practice management issues. In addition, Tom lectures for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association to inform teens about the legal implications of drug and alcohol abuse.

Tom concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate probate, real estate and business law. He also practices trial and appellate litigation in the Delaware State Courts and Federal Courts.

Tom and his wife Jennifer live in Wilmington with their three children.
